The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association is a national charity which began in 1885 and help assist people in or from all the different forces. It also supports the widows and widowers of previously serving people.

For those who are currently serving or ex-service, with over 7000 trained volunteers the charity also provide professional health services, social services, adoption service and a confidential support line.
