Fresh cream cakes, egg custard, tiramisu…mmmm!

Of course chocolate is a must, Revels, chocolate buttons, Double Decker, I don’t think there is one single chocolate bar I dislike.

Pink champagne, in fact, any champagne!

Wonderful, soft, mellow red wine.

Obviously, I do allow myself treats, but in moderation. I train hard so am allowed to pig out occasionally.

We are what we eat.

My top tips are:

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Exercise.
  • Smile (apparently it not only makes you and everyone around you feel good but burns calories too!).
